A Trust is the contract under which one or more individuals called "trustors" transfer the domain of one or all of their to a bank or other entity authorized to act as "trustee".
The trustee will be responsible for managing the estate for the benefit of one or more third parties or to comply with a stated goal, according to the terms and conditions set forth in the Indenture.
At the end of the period, the Trustee shall deliver and transfer the remaining assets of the trust to the beneficiaries, known as "trustors".
